The rooms are tastefully decorated with 3 bedrooms. The toilets are very clean. There is a sizeable kitchen. The pool is lovely. The resort has a perfect location in a well-kept area right by the beach. It is situated in front of the laguna complex and shops. There is easy access to the slipstream sculpture.

Got top-notch, huge room with your own jacuzzi. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were available. The location was amazing and beautiful - close to great restaurants and the boats to Phi Phi. Besides, The Great Barn was 3 km away from the venue.

we loved the apartment suite. It was perfect for myself, husband and teenage daughters who loved the jacuzzi on the balcony. the swimming pool was beautiful, especially at night with the fairy lights and the complimentary 15min foot massage was lovely. The design and layout of the hotel was very relaxing.

Had a very special stay for an amazing vacation. the hotel was just next door to Bang Tao beach and the Lagoon. Thanks to its quiet location, it was easy to explore the Tony restaurant, and Phi Phi and surrounding islands.

The hotel was set at a private and quite location, which my family enjoyed very much. This is my first time to Thailand, and a fourth time for my son! Strangely, the hotel was quite vacant with guests when we checked in. I found out that the hotel was a reopening and upgraded from the "Palm Beach Club" (previous name). Me and my family stayed at a two-bedroom suite with a private pool! Our room had a view of the sea and the lotus restaurant. The room was very clean and the furniture was an infusion of modern and traditional Thai styles. I very much enjoyed my stay!

-+ Be cautious as some taxis will not know where the hotel is! Try saying "Movenpick Residences Laguna Beach" instead of Bang Tao Beach... Our taxi driver had to stop at a travel agency to get more directions!...

Moevenpick Resort Bangtao Beach Phuket was a hotel that the management of The Palm Beach Club changed. All facilities, equipment, and the adornments, etc. had been succeeded. The quality is very high. The hotel service of Moevenpick is Western atmosphere. It was usual hotel service. It confronts, Amanpuri had butler service and we were able to be spent very comfortably cause Amanpuri were valuing the hotel guest's individual correspondence. When it likes fine service that seems to be Thailand, Amanpuri might be more suitable. However, the service of Moevenpick was also comfortable in a necessary fineness. We stayed in Penthouse with jacuzzi. We were able to look at the beautiful sun set in the Andaman sea every day. I think the view from the balcony in the room to be the world top class. It was wonderful. And the hotel pool has the bar. We could enjoy drinks and snacks in the pool. Our children were pleased to have enhanced the kids menu. The hotel managed the beach club in the coast 2 minites walk from hotel. The hotel guest served the bath towel though it was the public beach, and it was very convenient. Althougth Buffet breakfast had gone, we enjoyed breakfast by the room service because the view from the hotel restaurant was not good, restaurant was in the building and was in very closing space. All staffs were kind. The attitude toward helping and taking care of the customer is also good. Finally, the room was wide, and cleanness and the amenity were wonderful.

The hotel staff forgot the reservation of our arrangements car on the final day. Therefore we are getting indignant very much, because we delayed the arrival at the airport 30 minutes. Wee confirmed time of dispatching cars three times while we staying. I wants hotel to arrange accurately because it is important time.

The quiet and peaceful ambience overlooking the beach. The luxurious and spacious layout of the suite, complete with full kitchen and private swimming pool made our stay truly one to remember. The whole facility is very well maintained by friendly staff who do their best to ensure a totally hassle-free and relaxing stay. The restaurant 'Lotus' over the road on the beach is recommended. Some reviews do not fully convey the superb location, ambience and luxury afforded here.

Not easy to find due to lack of signage. Potential room for improvement with the common facilities ... the bar and dining room lacked atmosphere. Will be better once the beach club finally opens. Is there scope for a tennis court too?

This place has a great location that I really enjoyed, the breakfast choices are fantastic with different options every day, and there is convenient onsite parking available.

Location. It takes around 40 minutes to get to Phuket town. There is just one restaurant near the hotel, with good food, though.

We ate at a wonderful restaurant which serves Thai and international food. Had nice facilities like a private safe, climate control, and a minibar. The venue's position was central...
